What happens to what you send me.

Two things on this site collect information: the dinner inquiry form and the recipe newsletter. Here is what each one does with it, in plain language.

The dinner inquiry form

When you ask about a date, the form sends your name, email, the date and location you have in mind, and anything you write in the notes to me by email. The form is processed by Formspree (opens in a new tab), which handles delivery and stores a copy of the submission so I can find it if the email goes astray.

I use those details only to respond to your inquiry and, if you book, to plan your dinner. You will not be added to my mailing list, and I don't share your details with anyone else.

The newsletter

If you sign up for recipes, your email address is stored by Kit (opens in a new tab), the service I use to send email. Signing up is double opt-in: nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link.

I use your address to send recipes, kitchen notes, and occasional news about what I'm doing, including private dinners and classes. I don't sell or share the list.

Unsubscribing

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're off the list, no questions asked. If you'd rather I remove you by hand, or delete an inquiry you sent, write to me and I'll do it.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't set tracking cookies of its own. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the two form services above may set cookies needed to make their forms work.
